FAQ

  • Do I need to make an appointment?
    Yes, appointments are required to insure you get the service your family needs in a timily manner.
  • Can my child sit in my lap for the haircut?
    No, for saftey reasons your child must sit alone during their entire haircut.
  • Do you color or perm hair?
    No, at this time we only offer haircuts for the whole family in a family friendly environment.
  • Do you charge for NO Shows?
    Yes, we charge $10 for all appointments that wasn't canceled within 24 hours prior to your appointment. The fee will be charged to the card on file the day of the no show or we will add the charge to the next visit. No appointments can be made until the fees are paid. 3 no shows will result in no future appointment bookings.
  • If I am late for my appointment can I still come in?
    If you will be more than 5 minutes late a call to 912-988-7190 is required to see if your stylist would still be able to accommadate the appointment. If she can not they will reschedule you with another stylist that would have the allotted time needed or they will rebook you for another time. Continued tardyness will result in no future appointments.
